Long-held, passive stretches targeting the connective tissue. Poses held 3–5 minutes in stillness. Deeply meditative and restorative. Perfect for recovering from high-intensity training or releasing the tension of a busy week.
Athletic, challenging, core-focused. Expect to work hard. This class builds serious functional strength while maintaining breath awareness. Intermediate to advanced — but motivated beginners are welcome with modifications.
