We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and understand how you use our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Launchd service. This includes generating your website, hosting it on our infrastructure, processing payments, sending transactional emails, providing customer support, and analyzing usage patterns to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI-Generated Content

When you provide a business description, it is processed by AI models to generate website content. Your descriptions and generated content are stored in our database to deliver the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data about content generation to improve our AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI generation). Each provider operates under their own privacy policies and we require them to protect your data.

5. Published Websites

When you publish a website through Launchd, the content of that website becomes publicly accessible on the internet. This includes your business name, description, contact information, and any images you've uploaded. You control what information appears on your published site.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@launchd.site. You may also delete your account through your dashboard settings, which will remove your personal data and unpublish all of your websites.
